MDH already exists since 14. June 2004. First it was know as Dreamstation, later 'Mariiiis Dolls' and today MDH (Mariiiis Dolls House). Of course, the first time was difficult to keep the site alive, 'cause there weren't many visitors. Later there were more visitors, and I had a motivation not to stop dolling :). in the first years I changed my layouts quite often, but they mostly where "small/easy" layouts. Nowadays I prefer not to change the layout so often, better have a good layout which works in more browsers than a fast one which has many mistakes.
My nickname "Mariiii" also exists since I did my first steps in the www. In my opinion it's better to keep a name, so people better can reconize who you are. The four "i" where just an idea, 'cause Mari probably would be too common, and exactly four "i" are not so common :).

2007/2008 was a difficult time for the site. A virus infected the server, and I first didn't know what to do. Due the virus, some of my domains have been deleted, and visitors thought my site was dead. But I tried to keep it alive as long as possible. So I changed the server, but no one really knew this. As some people again found my site, I changed the server again. My boyfriend has got an own server, so I got hosted there^^. No disturbing ads or viruses again ;).

May-July 2008 also was a big step for me, since I wrote the complete code of the site myself. Recently I used a programm which did everything for me, but now I write erything myself. I'm also going to learn PHP/Javascript much better, so I can have a more dynamic site instead of a static one. And in 2010 I finally created my site with a CMS (Joomla) :)
